How do I get started?
Just visit the website on your device and click "Download App". It will install as a PWA (Progressive Web App) to your home screen.

Where does the campsite data come from?
We aggregate data from multiple open-source databases including USFS, BLM, and user-submitted locations. We verify locations to ensure they are suitable for dispersed camping.
Can I save my own spots?
Yes. You can drop pins and save specific locations with notes and photos. All your personal data is stored locally on your device for privacy.
How much space do maps take?
It depends on the region. A typical state's detailed topographic map is around 200-500MB. The app itself is very lightweight (<50MB).< /p>
