We believe your adventures belong to you. That's why we designed FoxBat.Pro to run entirely offline. Unlike cloud-based navigation tools, your routes, bookmarks, and logs are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

2. Data We Collect

Purchase Information

When you purchase FoxBat.Pro, PayPal (or Gumroad) collects payment information on our behalf. We receive only your name, email address, and transaction ID. We do not have access to your credit card or bank details.

Optional Analytics

The application may collect anonymous usage statistics (such as which map layers are used most) to help us improve the product. This can be disabled in Settings. No location data is ever included in analytics.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we retain your email and support conversation to provide assistance and improve our service.

3. Your Location Data

When using Offline Maps:

• All map rendering happens on your device
• Your waypoints are stored only on your local drive
• No location data is transmitted over the internet
• We have zero access to your movements

When using Live Weather (optional):

• Your coarse location is checked against a weather API
• The provider's privacy policy applies to that lookup
• We do not store this location history
• You can disable weather updates at any time

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data we do collect:

• All website connections use HTTPS encryption
• Payment processing is handled by PayPal's secure systems
• We limit access to personal data to essential personnel only
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
