By purchasing, downloading, or using FoxBat.Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on up to two (2) personal devices
• Use the Software for personal navigation and trip planning
• Receive all future updates to the Software at no additional cost

This license is perpetual and does not expire.

3. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all data you create using FoxBat.Pro. This includes all waypoints, routes, tracks, notes, and photos generated with the assistance of the Software. You are free to export and share your data without restriction.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Software with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Sublicense or transfer your license to another party

5. Third-Party Services

FoxBat.Pro may integrate with third-party services such as:

• OpenStreetMap: For map data. Usage is subject to ODbL.
• USFS / BLM: For campsite data, subject to public domain policies.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that map data will be 100% accurate. Navigation decisions should always include real-world verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the Software.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to the Software from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or improvements. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service, with notice provided to customers for significant changes.

10. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your systems.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
